Contribute to the development of WFP Chad’s HR management plan, and provide HR operational activities or projects, following standard processes and ensuring alignment with broader WFP policies.
Provide guidance to managers and employees, understand their needs and ensure that policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools are available and properly applied to support them.
Ensure effective management of the employment relationship between wfp and its staff, administering appropriate terms of service, contracts and rights, and resolving employee relations issues.
Ensure quality service delivery to clients (operational services) using a computerized service delivery system;
Contribute to staff capacity building by working closely with managers to understand the individual skills and operational requirements required, in order to organize/deliver skills development solutions that enable employees to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to meet current and future challenges.
Provide orientation activities that ensure new employees have a positive JLP experience and are successfully integrated into their new role and organization.
