Job Description
- Maintain and develop the training matrix as defined by the SHEQ Manager.
- Populate and update the training master.
- Communicate with HOD’s to define their training needs and organize accordingly.
- Establish the training program on yearly basis based on CYY requirements.
- Identify reputable training partners for the training performance.
- Ensure conformance with safety and ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 standards and requirements on the base.
- Identify system problems, investigate and recommend solutions.
- Participate in Safety Incident Investigations and Risk Assessments.
- Conduct Internal audits.
- Facilitate root cause investigations of non-conformance and take necessary corrective and preventative actions.
