DelonJobs is seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced HR professional with a passion for people management for a leading shipping company in Nigeria. As an HR Executive, he/she will be responsible for leading and managing a team of over 100 individuals, ensuring a smooth and effective human resources operation. Salary is N300k.
Work mode: 2 days in VI and 3 days in Ajao Estate Airport Road(Mainland)

Key Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of HR Experience: We are looking for candidates with at least three years of proven experience in human resources management.
Comprehensive Understanding of HR Functions: The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of HR job duties, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, mergers, project management, talent development, etc.
