Job Description

Develop and implement HRstrategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Bridge management andemployee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Manage the recruitmentand selection process

Support current andfuture business needs through the development, engagement, motivation andpreservation of human capital

Develop and monitoroverall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Nurture a positiveworking environment

Oversee and manage aperformance appraisal system that drives high performance

Maintain pay plan and benefits program

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Aligning staff to business objectives

Enhancing staff performance

Supporting employee development

Planning strategic HR initiatives

Running orientation and onboarding processes, communicatingrole expectations

Designing succession plans

Maintaining staff relations

Updating policies and practices

Overseeing wellness and health initiatives

Improving and monitoring employee productivity.

Structuring compensation and benefit packages.

Managing staff wellness initiatives.

Improving relations between staff and employers.

Evaluating staffing needs

B.Sc./HND/OND in HumanResources or related field

Minimum 1 years’Experience

Other certification isan added advantage


Knowledge, Skills andAbilities:

• Strong Administrativeskills, including proficiency with MS Office applications, ERP

• Analytical thinkerwith detailed research proficiencies

• Skill in both verbaland written communication
