Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager at Compovine Technologies Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human capital strategy and fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing policies and procedures, and championing initiatives that support the development and well-being of our employees. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of HR experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating a workplace culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Planning:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR initiatives contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
  2. Talent Acquisition:
    • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Employee Engagement:
    • Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
    • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and address concerns.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate and improve individual and team performance.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and career development.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
    • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to promote continuous learning.
  6. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
    • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and conduct investigations as needed.
  7. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Review and update compensation structures to ensure competitiveness in the market.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  8. Employee Relations:
    • Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment.
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication.
  9. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Implement initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
    • Create a culture that values and respects differences, fostering an inclusive and equitable environment.
  10. Succession Planning:
    • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and groom future leaders within the organization.
    • Facilitate leadership development programs to nurture internal talent.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5-15 years experience.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
