Administering of procedures and policies regarding leave, advances, loans and other benefits to conform to the conditions of service
Assist to manage recruitment process for administration staf
Implementing the provisions of the collective agreement and conditions of employment in the promotion of harmonious employee relations
Interpreting all grievance and disciplinary procedures to ensure fair and timely resolution of all cases
Liaising with management and union executives through co-ordination of formal and informal meetings such as joint management/ union consultative meetings
Compiling of monthly reports on manpower statistics and other employee related issues for management
Ensure Finance and Administration records are updated in accordance with staff changes
