Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Financial Advisor in an insurance firm to join our team and serve as a valuable intermediary between our company and clients.

Responsibilities
 Provide strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services such as insurance coverage.
 Access client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs, and develop a solid financial plan.
 Guide clients toward a profitable and secure financial decision.
 Cultivate client base and build win-win relationships.
 Network, generate leads and grab opportunities to sell mutual funds, etc to meet sales quotas.
 Keep abreast of new industry’s trends and research market to back up financial consulting.
 Oversee the course of the financial plan and update it, if necessary, to ensure profits.
 Comply with all industry rules and regulations.
 Liaise with providers, solicitors, valuers and other professionals.

Requirements and skills:
 ND/HND/BSC degree in Finance or related field
 Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems
 Proven working experience as a Financial Advisor, Controller, Planner, Specialist or relevant experience
 Track record of successful financial guidance
 Ability to analyse market’s financial data and to provide appropriate data-based advice
 Strong communication. negotiation and presentation skills
 A professional appearance,
 Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
 On-going training in the latest products and benefits.
 Attendance at product launches and seminars.
 Compliance to regulations and policies.
