Key Responsibilities:

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to maintain system health and availability.
  4. Cloud Services Management: Manage cloud-based services and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services) to support business operations and applications. Deploy and configure cloud resources, monitor usage and performance, and optimize costs while ensuring security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. End-User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot problems, diagnose root causes, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Educate users on IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and cybersecurity awareness.
  6. Security and Compliance: Implement security policies, controls, and procedures to safeguard IT assets, data, and systems from unauthorized access, malware, and cyber attacks. Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  7. Documentation and Training: Document IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer. Provide training and technical guidance to IT staff and end-users on new technologies, tools, and procedures to enhance IT proficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of IT system failures or disasters. Implement backup and recovery solutions, test backup integrity, and conduct regular drills to ensure readiness and resilience.
