Position Overview: The IT Executive role at Hazon Holdings is a key position responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with expertise in network administration, system integration, cybersecurity, and software deployment. As an IT Executive, you will play a strategic role in shaping the company's technology roadmap, implementing best practices, and ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT systems to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Infrastructure Management:

    • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
    • Monitor network activity, analyze system logs, and implement proactive measures to detect and mitigate security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
    • Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and expansions to support business growth and technological advancements.
  2. System Administration:

    • Administer and support enterprise-wide systems, applications, and databases, including email servers, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and collaboration tools.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, resolving IT-related issues and ensuring seamless operation of business-critical systems.
    • Implement system configurations, user access controls, and data backup procedures to safeguard information integrity and protect against data loss.
  3. Cybersecurity and Data Protection:

    • Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate cyber risks, safeguard sensitive data, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
    • Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses and implement remediation measures.
    • Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices, and implement proactive measures to enhance the company's cyber resilience.
  4. Software and Application Management:

    • Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and optimizing software utilization across the organization.
    • Coordinate software deployments, upgrades, and patches, collaborating with stakeholders to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transition.
    • Evaluate new software solutions, conduct feasibility studies, and make recommendations for adoption based on business requirements, technical feasibility, and ROI analysis.
  5. IT Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement IT strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership and departmental heads to identify IT needs, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively to achieve organizational goals.
    • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on technology investments, innovation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
  6. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT department, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing to achieve collective success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, ITIL) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with demonstrated expertise in network administration, system integration, cybersecurity, and project management.
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure technologies, including networking protocols, server administration, virtualization, cloud computing, and storage systems.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience with enterprise-level software applications, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and drive change.
