DelonJobs is seeking to hire an IT Manager for a Top Hotel in VI, Lagos. The IT Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, telephony systems, and social media activities throughout the hotel or resort.

• Managing information technology and computer systems.
• Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate operations to provide the highest standard of service.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structure.
• Ensure cleanliness of all data equipment and computer rooms.
• Act as a self-starter, alert, energetic, responsible, and flexible.
• Coordinate with vendors for various systems including Guest Internet, Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), IPTV, Telephony systems, and other software vendors.
• Collect and analyze customer data to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Expand the company's social media presence into new platforms and increase its presence on existing platforms.
• Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
• Oversee and handle network configuration, servers, workstations, networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and support underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
• Utilize Home Automated System devices effectively.
• Collaborate with graphic designers on promotional designs

Skills Required:

• Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
• Expertise in data center management and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar field.
