Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
Interview applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans and Monitor and update account records.
Prepare detailed loan proposals.
Respond to applicants questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
Operate in compliance with Company policies, as well as State laws and regulations.
Prepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action.
Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customers’ needs.
Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation.
Approve loans within specified limits and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.
