Our client; a supplier and marketer of high-end fabrics, located in Lagos Island is seeking to hire a young, driven, and customer-savvy professional for the role of MARKETING &COMMUNITY MANAGER to coordinate the company’s inventory and oversee the ordering, processing, and distributing processes of the company’s products.
He/She will also be responsible for building ongoing relationships with the company’s customers and partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must reside within Lagos Island and its environs i.e. Lagos Island, Yaba, Mushin, Ijora, Surulere, Ebute-Metta, etc.
- Proven work experience in Sales, Customer Service, Operations Management, or similar roles
- Must be courteous, polite, and respectful
- Basic photo & video editing skills
- Must be persuasive and able to close sales with prospective customers
- Must have a good command of the English language (speaking and writing
- Must be very familiar with the use of instant messaging/social media platforms; Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and website
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Create monthly social media schedules/calendars
- Social media engagement and management
- Creating visual, audio, and video content
- Making good videos of products, live scenes of operations, and behind-the-scenes
- Taking pictures of products and business activities
- Continuously generate and create strategic marketing ideas, plan and execute for the business
- Use optimization tools and marketing approaches to attract customers to our social media platforms
- Create posters/banners with basic graphic design tools like Canva
- Create and edit video content for corporate use
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to management
