Job Description

Our client; a supplier and marketer of high-end fabrics, located in Lagos Island is seeking to hire a young, driven, and customer-savvy professional for the role of MARKETING &COMMUNITY MANAGER to coordinate the company’s inventory and oversee the ordering, processing, and distributing processes of the company’s products. 

He/She will also be responsible for building ongoing relationships with the company’s customers and partners.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must reside within Lagos Island and its environs i.e. Lagos Island, Yaba, Mushin, Ijora, Surulere, Ebute-Metta, etc.
  • Proven work experience in Sales, Customer Service, Operations Management, or similar roles
  • Must be courteous, polite, and respectful
  • Basic photo & video editing skills
  • Must be persuasive and able to close sales with prospective customers
  • Must have a good command of the English language (speaking and writing
  • Must be very familiar with the use of instant messaging/social media platforms; Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and website

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  •  Create monthly social media schedules/calendars
  • Social media engagement and management
  • Creating visual, audio, and video content
  • Making good videos of products, live scenes of operations, and behind-the-scenes
  • Taking pictures of products and business activities
  • Continuously generate and create strategic marketing ideas, plan and execute for the business
  • Use optimization tools and marketing approaches to attract customers to our social media platforms
  • Create posters/banners with basic graphic design tools like Canva
  • Create and edit video content for corporate use
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to management
