Job Description

Job Description: Lady Green Organic Restaurant is seeking a friendly and skilled individual to join our team as a Mixologist. As a Mixologist, you will be required to maintain excellent food hygiene standards while preparing and serving tasty, healthy beverages.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers feel welcome and valued
  • Prepare and serve high-quality juices, smoothies, and beverages
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
  • Ensure that all products are prepared and presented to Lady Green's high standards
  • Committed to exceptional standards for quality, consistency, taste, presentation, and proper customization of orders
  • Work quickly and efficiently to deliver fast and accurate preparation of guest orders
  • Stock and maintain the station fridge
  • Prep various food items, fruits and vegetables
  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant including trash, recycling, and eating areas
  • Upkeep of sanitary practices and quality control including the cleaning of all stations, tables, counters, utensils, floors, and trash
  • Working in collaboration with management to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the entire department
  • Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary requirements
  • Assume any roles and job duties outside of this description that may be delegated as need be

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role required
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide recommendations and answer customer questions
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others to achieve common goals
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Able to be on your feet for 8 hours
  • Excellent time management skills
