Develop and monitor the execution of monitoring, evaluation learning and accountability plans for Mercy Corps projects implemented in Tillabéry
Provide technical support to MEAL field teams to develop clear, systematic and achievable monitoring plans for projects, based on the Project Logical Framework / Results Frameworks (including frequency of data collection and data management)
