Our Client is looking for a Manager for their Non- Governmental Organization who would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and program implementation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan, in alignment with its mission and goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to the team, ensuring that the NGO's objectives are effectively communicated and pursued.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs and projects.
- Ensure that programs align with the organization's mission and meet the needs of the target beneficiaries.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making adjustments as necessary.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization.
- Prepare grant proposals, reports, and other documents required for fundraising activities.
- Manage the organization's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
- Represent the NGO in public forums, conferences, and meetings to promote its objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to donors, government agencies, and the board of directors.
SALARY RANGE: N 250,000 – N 350,000
