- Developing team capability and mentoring of team members to achieve high quality service outcomes
- Leading the day to day operational delivery of payroll pay runs
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and service delivery partner
- Planning and coordinating bulk changes to staff salaries including annual superannuation changes, remuneration reviews and one-off payments as required
- Reviewing monthly payroll for completeness and accuracy
