Job Description:

Wellness Healthcare Group is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated PhD Research Associate to join our dynamic research team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Research Design and Implementation:

   • Implement research projects, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and best practices in research methodology.
2. Literature Review and Analysis:
   • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to inform research design and identify gaps in current knowledge.
   • Analyze existing research findings and integrate relevant information into ongoing research projects.
3. Data Collection and Analysis:
   • Oversee data collection processes, including the development of data collection instruments and protocols.
   • Utilize advanced statistical methods and data analysis techniques to analyze research data and draw meaningful conclusions.
4. Collaboration and Teamwork:
   • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, academics, and industry partners.
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
5. Grant Writing and Proposal Development:
   • Contribute to the development of grant proposals to secure funding for research projects.
   • Assist in preparing research reports, publications, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
6. Dissemination of Findings:
   • Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present research outcomes at conferences and seminars.
   • Communicate research results to healthcare professionals, policymakers, and the broader scientific community.
7. Project Management:
   • Manage research timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful completion of projects.
   • Supervise research assistants, interns, and other team members involved in research activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as Health Sciences, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in conducting healthcare research, with a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in grant writing and securing research funding is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements for healthcare research.
