Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated PhD Researcher to join our team at Wellness Healthcare Group. As a PhD Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in conducting scientific research, studies, and clinical trials to advance medical knowledge, improve patient care, and drive innovation in healthcare. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry partners to design, implement, and analyze research projects that address critical healthcare challenges and contribute to evidence-based practice. Your expertise in research methodology, analytical skills, and commitment to scientific inquiry will drive our research efforts and shape the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research Planning and Design: Develop research proposals, study protocols, and research plans to address key healthcare issues, patient needs, and research objectives. Define research questions, hypotheses, and methodologies, and obtain necessary approvals and ethical clearance for research projects.

  2. Literature Review: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and meta-analyses to identify gaps in knowledge, current trends, and emerging research topics in healthcare. Synthesize findings, analyze evidence, and critically evaluate research studies to inform research design and methodology.

  3. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, manage, and analyze research data using quantitative and qualitative research methods, statistical software, and data analysis techniques. Interpret research findings, analyze trends, correlations, and associations, and draw conclusions to address research questions and hypotheses.

  4. Clinical Trials Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee clinical trials, observational studies, and research interventions in collaboration with healthcare providers, clinical research staff, and study participants. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, protocol adherence, and patient safety throughout the research process.

  5. Collaborative Research: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners, to leverage expertise, resources, and funding opportunities for research projects. Participate in interdisciplinary research teams and contribute to collaborative research initiatives and consortia.

  6. Publication and Dissemination: Prepare research manuscripts, scientific papers, and presentations for publication in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and professional forums. Present research findings at scientific conferences, seminars, and symposiums to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and contribute to scientific discourse and innovation.

  7. Grant Writing and Funding: Identify funding opportunities, grants, and research awards to support research projects and initiatives. Develop grant proposals, funding applications, and research grant submissions, and collaborate with grant-writing teams to secure funding for research activities and projects.

  8. Research Ethics and Integrity: Ensure compliance with research ethics principles, regulations, and guidelines, including informed consent, confidentiality, and data protection. Uphold ethical standards, integrity, and transparency in research conduct, reporting, and dissemination of research findings.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Health Sciences, Medical Sciences, Public Health, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare research, clinical research, or academic research environment.
  • Strong background in research methodology, study design, data collection, and statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and qualitative data analysis software (e.g., NVivo).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Knowledge of research ethics, regulations, and compliance requirements.
