Our Company is looking for a *PROCUREMENT OFFICER*

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Accurate record-keeping and documentation
• Ability to provide updates on ongoing fashion production & design works.
• Collaborate with fabric manufacturers for materials
• Create a plan to manufacture designs with a team or partnership
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Art, or a related field
• 1-3 years experience in a procurement/supply chain role or similar position
• Portfolio of previous work
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong sense of fashion.
