Program Manager/MNCH Lead

In collaboration with the M&E Lead, design and develop supervisory, monitoring and evaluation systems for RMNCH interventions
Ensuring the submission of data and reports from the field is timely, accurate and transparent
Represent ACHAP’s work and specifically SRHR activities in health sector steering committee, Reproductive Health working group meetings, as well as other coordination meetings with the MOHS and other relevant bodies.
Coordinate with other sectors (Livelihood, Food & Nutrition Security, and WASH. etc.) to ensure a multi-sector approach to SRH
In conjunction with the HR, recruit technical project staff, built their capacities and provide support needed for their performanceS
