Job Description
- Coordinate work planning, development and sharing of appropriate economic strengthening tools, training, assessments, materials development and distribution activities ensuring that all activities are properly and timely performed and that outputs are accomplished and delivered according to the agreed work plans.
- Work closely with project technical staff and subgrantee partners to oversee economic strengthening coordination and collaboration in target districts.
- Work closely with the DREAMS and other technical staff to ensure that AGYW, youth and caregivers are reached with the appropriate packages of ES services.
- Train, mentor, supervise, monitor and support partner organizations in the implementation with fidelity of all economic strengthening models.
