The incumbent:
- will be based in Bol, Lac region, in the COOPI base;
- may use COOPI logistics equipment in accordance with the provisions of logistics and security coordination;
- will be required to follow the rules of the country regulations for expatriate staff and the security protocol indicated;
- will periodically visit N’Djamena.
The Lac region is currently in conflict and is infiltrated by elements of Boko-Haram. The security rules will therefore be very restrictive and the expatriate will be required to follow them scrupulously.

Project title: Support for quality, inclusive education and the protection of displaced and indigenous children affected by the Lake Chad crisis
Objective: The project plans to strengthen access to quality, inclusive education in a safe environment for children and adolescents, in particular the most vulnerable, affected by the Lake Chad crisis.
