DelonJobs is seeking to hire a QA Engineer for a leading bank in Nigeria who will create tests to identify issues with software before the product launch. The individual will identify and analyze any bugs and errors found during the test phase and document them for review after. He/She will develop and run new tests, report on the results and collaborate with software developers to fix program issues. The annual gross salary is between NGN 6million – NGN 9million. Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related Physical Sciences with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in QA. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create tests to identify software problems
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
• Document results of tests for the software development team
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
• Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
• Research and compare similar competitor products
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

REQUIREMENTS 

• First Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engr or related physical sciences.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in QA.
• Extensive experience with multiple software QA tools & processes.
• Experience in automated testing.
• Proficient with JMeter (for load & performance testing), Postman or swagger for API testing.
• Automation experience, preferably with Selenium WebDriver (Java) or with any other functional automation tool.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• SQL DB & script writing.
• Experience in Web development concepts & QA methodologies.
• Experience in CI/CD release management (Azure), white box and black box testing.
• Experience in model-based testing.
