Job Overview:

As a Quality Engineer at Avetium Consult Limited, you will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance:
   • Establish, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and processes in line with industry best practices.
   • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
2. Process Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in various business operations.
   • Collaborate with teams to implement changes and monitor the impact on quality metrics.
3. Quality Control:
   • Develop and implement quality control processes to verify the consistency and reliability of products and services.
   • Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements to validate compliance with quality standards.
4. Root Cause Analysis:
   • Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues and defects.
   • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
5. Documentation:
   • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality processes, standards, and procedures.
   • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
6. Training and Development:
   • Provide training on quality assurance and control processes to internal teams.
   • Facilitate workshops to enhance understanding and implementation of quality standards.
7. Supplier Quality Management:
   • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and components.
   • Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to maintain high-quality standards in the supply chain.
8. Customer Feedback Analysis:
   • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
   • Implement strategies to address customer concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, with a minimum of 2 years in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
• Experience in conducting audits and assessments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
