JOB BRIEF
A property firm located in Lagos is looking for Real Estate professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on new challenges, get more practical experience and grow their career in real estate.
Responsibilities
– Build and maintain business relationship with clients.
– Generating Leads.
– Prepare Reports, Letters, Proposals and similar documents.
– Carry out inspection survey of various classes of Real Asset for Appraisal, Management and Sale purposes.
– Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Requirements
– 1 – 3 years experience.
– Degree in Estate Management.
– Available to start work.
– Strong analytical and research skills.
– Excellent writing and communication skills.
– Knowledge of MS Office (Especially Excel).
