Job Description
Ensure the integration of conflict-sensitive approaches into strategic planning, programming and implementation of program operations;
– Contribute to the development and implementation of a conflict-sensitive program planning, monitoring and evaluation system;
– Train and supervise program staff in order to integrate the “Do no Harm” principles in the long term in the implementation of the program;
– Ensure that SNV and consortium partners adhere to best practices and donor standards for conflict sensitivity reporting.
Contribute to the development of knowledge products relating to conflict sensitivity in the Sahel.
