Our Client is looking for a full time Sales and Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills of the sales force.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and foster client relationships.
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote products or services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
SALARY RANGE: N 150,000 – N 250,000 monthly
