Job Overview:

Huiospay is seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our growing team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile practices and processes, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and features. Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Facilitation:
• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create an environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and a sense of ownership among the development team.
• Team Empowerment:
• Empower the development team to self-organize and make decisions that contribute to the successful delivery of sprint goals.
• Remove impediments and barriers to the team's progress to enhance overall efficiency.
• Scrum Framework Adherence:
• Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices within the development team.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and Scrum best practices.
• Product Backlog Management:
• Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Work with the team to decompose high-level requirements into actionable user stories.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement within the team by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing iterative changes.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, priorities, and expectations.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a transparent manner.
• Metrics and Reporting:
• Track and report on key agile metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint progress.
• Use metrics to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
• Conflict Resolution:
• Address conflicts within the team promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate constructive conversations and help the team reach consensus.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and manage risks that may impact the successful delivery of sprint goals.
• Work proactively to mitigate risks and implement contingency plans when necessary.
• Collaboration with Other Scrum Masters:
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to align processes, share best practices, and promote a consistent agile culture across teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certifications.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• In-depth understanding of agile principles, Scrum framework, and other agile methodologies.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Experience with agile project management tools and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
