Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing databases, entering data, and filing paperwork.
  2. Keeping an eye on office supplies and placing replacement orders.
  3. Organize and distribute incoming mail; accept deliveries.
  4. Manage all forms of contact, including calls and emails.
  5. Separate regular problems from those that require emergency attention, and inform operational leadership of any deviations from protocol.
  6. Answering calls, leaving messages, and managing mail.
  7. Greeting and welcoming customers
  8. Proficiency with computers, particularly knowledge of Microsoft Office
  9. Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
  10. A friendly phone demeanor.
  11. High level of detail-orienteers.
