Job Description
We are seeking reliable Security Guards to join our team. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, customers, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Patrol premises regularly to ensure security
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management
Assist customers and employees as needed
Maintain a log of daily activities and incidents
Enforce company policies and procedures
Conduct security checks of doors, windows, and gates
Assist with emergencies, such as evacuations or medical emergencies
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
Requirements:
West Africa Examination Certificate WAEC
Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Location: Victoria Island, Mushin, Surulere, and GRA Ikeja
Remuneration: NGN 43,000 gross for Guards and NGN 48,000 for Supervisors
