DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst, Data Architecture to lead the design, development, and implementation of data architecture solutions for their financial services business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data architecture, with expertise in data modeling, database design, and data governance. Responsibilities include designing data architecture solutions, developing data models, implementing data integration processes, ensuring data governance and compliance, supporting data analytics and reporting initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture roles, preferably in the financial services industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

•    Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the design, development and implementation of systems and software applications.  
•    Assist Team Lead in all activities with respect to architecture & management operations and support. 
•    Contribute to planning the introduction of new application systems. 
•    Develop high-level designs of systems. 
•    Lead the technical design that will support the development, execution, and operations of data related services. 
•    Assist in maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing IT systems and applications. 
•    Actively participate in program unit testing, integration and system testing to ensure they meet quality standards. 
•    Build, configure or customize the technical solution (technical code components and services). 
•    Collaborate with new and existing external vendors and provide support to all objectives and assist to create various data architecture. 
•    Provide leadership and technical guidance to direct reports. 
•    Analize information flow and recommend appropriate technology to provide support to all business processes. 
•    Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation.

Job Knowledge 
•    Proficient knowledge of software development frameworks, concepts, and best practice.
•    Knowledge of system implementation.  
•    Proficient knowledge of structured systems analysis and design, and software development life cycle.
•    Proficient knowledge of relational database management system and tools.
•    Good knowledge of enterprise applications systems such as Finacle 10, Oracle ERP, etc. 
•    Proven technical aptitude in several relevant application programming domains.
•    Working knowledge quality control/assurance.
•    Sound conflict management skills.
•    Customer-centricity.
•    Creative, results-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving capability.
•    Good leadership and influencing ability coaching. 

Job Requirements
•    Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in a business /IT related discipline. 
•    5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering solutions.
•    Masters, MBA, or a recognized professional certification will be an added advantage.
