Job Description
- Performing the role of legal counsel to the company and representing the company in court proceedings and actively participating in negotiations for major projects
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with all the requirements of the Company’s Act and Laws of Malawi as well as other statutes and any legal requirements relevant to the company’s operations and business
