Job Description
This is a remote (Part-time) senior research writingposition that requires an individual with the ability to carry out in-depthresearch into trends, technologies, problems, solutions, stakeholders and otherrelevant issues in the real estate industry in Nigeria. Such individual willuse independently gathered resources to generate well written blog articlesthat target the general public. The successful candidate must be able to:
-Work independently to generate article topics with consultationwith project supervisor.
-Carry out online and other forms of research.
-Gather data from numerous sources.
-Write and submit one article per week; minimum of 2,500words.
-Use online tools to avoid plagiarism.
-Write articles in agreement with search engineoptimization rules.
-Access to internet
Requirement
-Current PhD candidate or already awarded PhD degree(arts, social sciences, real estate management, architecture, etc.).
-Previous writing experience.
-Must provide proof of PhD status.
-Applicants with Master’sdegree (with First Class Bachelors) may be considered; and must be planning oron the way to enroll in a PhD program.
