Job Description

  1. Grow the Kenyan Market Segment into a fast-paced, dynamic operation’.
  2. Achieve quarterly I annual sales targets as established in the annual Business Plan.
  3. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and management capabilities.
  4. Build Strong Customer Database.
  5. Expand the company’s customer and product reach and thus profit revenues.
  6. Conduct seminar/ Road Shows/ Presentations in educational institutes, Government Sectors/Semi-Government Sectors/ Big Private Sectors.
  7. Conduct extensive market research prior to starting up a business and continue gathering throughout the life of the business.
  8. Conduct a complete mapping and perform the gap analysis.
  9. Forecast and prepare the minimum stock to run business smoothly all the time.
  10. Plan and implement a strategy for slow I deadstock items
  11. Increase market share, revenue, and growth year over year.
  12. Accurate assessment of a customer to approve the creditworthiness.
  13. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
