Service Delivery Manager Global Managed Services

Provide management, leadership and focus and manage the project organization on a day-to-day basis

Ensure the required project governance procedures are in place

Ensure the required project resources are in place

Ensure project objectives are understood

Ensure effective issue management and risk management

Manage project scope and ensure changes follows a structured change request procedure

Ensure on-going decisions required to keep the project on schedule and within budget

Assist in resolving Project Team disputes

Conduct or facilitate Program Management / Status meetings

Project progress reporting to the steering committee and facilitate steering committee meetings
