Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for receiving, troubleshooting, analysing and reassigning tickets to the regional service teams for action ensuring a seamless link between call centre teams, digital channels, technicians an customers, with a view to reducing repair TAT’s and enhancing customer experience.
