Job Description
- Implement the Illovo way of SHERQ performance and related standards, systems, processes and applicable legislative requirements and promote SHERQ culture and awareness
- Support the functional area to effective;y implement, comply with and monitor SHERQ standards and processes, through coaching, guidance and communication with all relevant stakeholder
- Promote a culture of continuous SHERQ improvement and adherence
- Dacilitate SHERQ investigations and coordinate the verification of close-out actions
- Conduct inspections and internal audits to oversee and ensure the adherence to legislative and Illovo Integrated Risk Management System (IIRMS) requirements
- Promote and adhere to Illovo’s procedures, policies and guidelines, including without limitation, those relating to SHERQ, Competition Law and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC)
