Job Description

Responsible for raising Invoice for Customer Purchase, payment confirmation, while, managing petty cash and vouchers.

  • Apparatus Cleaning & Management (Billing / Telephones / Printer / CCTV / Counting Machine / SAFE / POS Machines.
  • Raising Invoice for Customer Purchase – PDC / CASH / BANK TRANSFER / INSTALLMENT SCHEME
  • Managing Sales Return & Refund for Customer goods.
  • Payment Confirmations from Head Office.
  • Petty Cash & Voucher Management.
  • Inventory Document Management (LTO / LTI / BINCARD / GRN etc.
  • Audit Management 
  • Generating Daily Sales Report 
  • Stationary & Cleaning Material Management
  • Document Printing For (Price Change / Clearance Items / Price Tags etc.
  • Handling Floor Operations In absence of Showroom Manager
  • Managing Showroom Utilities Expenses (NEPA / LAWMA / PERMITS / LASTMA Etc.)
  • Managing Opening & Closing Activities of Showroom – Absence of Manager
  • Customer Service 
  • Explaining customer for BUY NOW PAY LATER scheme.
  • Daily cash lodgment to respective Bank.

Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.
Applicants must be resident in Port-Harcourt and must have a minimum of 1-2 years cognate experience in retail showroom for consumer durable, Electricals or FMCG
