Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and monitoring social media trends. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and increasing our online presence.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement, and help align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives

– Create and curate engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics

– Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding and voice

– Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase effectiveness and efficiency

– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner

– Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

– In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for content creation and engagement. Including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

– Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive measurable results

– Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines

– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media campaigns

– Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles is a plus

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
