Zada Luxury is a Fragrance Store located in Yaba, Lagos. We love discovering new scents for our customers to try almost as much as we love the satisfaction and happiness they experience from finding their signature scent.

Our Social Media Manager will be in charge of all our social media pages accross all platforms. Expanding our digital presence, developing new strategies, and monitoring our online sucess through KPI's. 

Our Ideal candidate is a freat collaborator, who has experience running and managing successful social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

– Forge a Strong knowledge of Perfume Industry news and social media trends

– Strategize and implement Social Media Campaigns to boost sales and brand engagement 

– Develop a consistent brand accross all social media platforms 

– Craft a Content Calendar 

– Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

– Design original posts, tweets and pins according to the content calendar 

– Host monthly community engagement events through social pages

– Answer Customer questions on social pages daily

– Monitor KPI Progress using Google Analytics 

– Communicate Metrics progress to stakeholders

– Identify potential pitfalls in social stategy or content and adjust future plans accordingly 

– Build relationship with followers through consistent communication via comments, retweets, likes and more

– Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy

– Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Buffer 

– Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising

– Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns

– Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

– Minimum 2 years of demonstrated sucess managing social media platforms or relevant content marketing experience

– Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field 

– Track record of crafting engaging content that align with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people.

– Experienced with Google Analytics and Buffer

– Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and other social media best practices

– Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

– Must be a Creative with an eye for detail

– Must be a Strong storyteller 

– Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

– Good understanding of social media KPIs and Metrics

– Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

– Proven skill in learning social media trends, identifying new social media tools and finding real-time online conversations

– Organisational, problem solving and Analytical skills

– An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once and meet deadlines
