Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Havana Group's brand identity, goals, and target audience.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and evolving social media platforms to ensure a cutting-edge digital presence.
  2. Content Creation and Curation:
    • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Curate user-generated content and collaborate with internal teams for high-quality visuals, graphics, and multimedia content.
  3. Community Management:
    • Foster a vibrant and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and opportunities for engagement.
  4. Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media initiatives with broader business goals.
  5. Influencer Collaboration:
    • Identify and establish partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify Havana Group's reach.
    • Manage influencer relationships, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Social Media Advertising:
    • Plan and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics and achieve marketing objectives.
    • Monitor ad performance and optimize based on key metrics.
  8. Brand Monitoring:
    • Monitor online mentions and discussions related to Havana Group, addressing any potential issues or negative sentiment.
    • Implement crisis communication strategies when necessary.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital communication.
    • Provide social media support for product launches, events, and other initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating successful management of social media platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong creative and visual communication skills, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
