Job Description
The Technical Lead, Strategic Information ÿprovides leadership and technical guidance to the APA program team on all Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)-related issues. S/he serves as the primary point of contact for establishing and managing a data processing environment responsive to USAID reporting and learning requirements. S/he reports to the Chief of Party (COP) of the APA project.
