Position Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at Structured Resource Business Limited, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric designs that effectively meet the needs of our clients and end-users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, translate them into engaging design concepts, and deliver seamless user experiences across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research and Analysis:
   • Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
   • Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
2. UI/UX Design:
   • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
   • Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
   • Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
3. Usability Testing:
   • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes.
   • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to improve usability and overall user experience.
4. Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure alignment on design goals and priorities.
   • Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
5. Accessibility and Compliance:
   • Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to ensure inclusivity for all users.
   • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design and accessibility.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Actively seek feedback and opportunities for improvement to enhance the quality of designs and the overall user experience.
   • Stay informed about the latest design tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve skills and capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and deliverables.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile app design is a plus.
