Belyfted Limited is Remittances and payment services the money transfer, also known as cross-border money transfer, that is performed on behalf of clients between the UK and Nigeria. Additionally, we are developing a digital bank for immigrants and an electronic wallet base system that will enable our users to pay for services and receive, hold, and send money in any currency to and from Africa for personal and business purposes. Now, we specialize in a single-dire transfers of cash from UK to Nigerian. As we continue to grow and push the boundaries of design, we are actively seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate designer to shape the visual identity and user experience of our cutting-edge digital products.

Job Overview: As a UX/UI Designer at Belyfted Limited, you will be a key player in the design and development of visually stunning and intuitive digital interfaces. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conceptualize design solutions, and deliver user-centric experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• User Research and Analysis:

• Conduct user research to understand target audiences, their needs, and pain points.
• Analyze user feedback, behavior, and data to inform design decisions.

• Wireframing and Prototyping:
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
• UI Design:

• Develop visually appealing and on-brand user interfaces for various digital platforms.
• Create pixel-perfect designs with a focus on aesthetics, consistency, and user delight.

• UX Flows and Information Architecture:
  • Define and optimize user flows, information architecture, and navigation structures.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless user journeys.
• Design System Implementation:
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system for consistency across products.
  • Implement design system elements in collaboration with development teams.
• Usability Testing:
  • Plan and conduct usability testing to validate and refine design solutions.
  • Interpret test results and provide actionable insights for design improvement.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Collaborate on design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
• Responsive Design:
  • Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
  • Collaborate with developers to address technical considerations during implementation.
• Stay Updated on Design Trends:
  • Keep abreast of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Share insights with the team to inspire and push the boundaries of design creativity.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with creating and maintaining design systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
