Job Description

 Role Summary:
The Business Development Executive (Energy Services) is responsible for driving growth in energy servicing and engineering contracts by identifying and securing opportunities across oil & gas, power, and infrastructure projects.
 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify EPC, maintenance, and energy service contract opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IOCs, NOCs, utilities, and project owners
  • Prepare technical-commercial proposals and executive presentations
  • Monitor industry trends, project pipelines, and regulatory developments
  • Lead negotiations and close medium to large-scale energy contracts
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams during bid preparation and execution
     

Requirements

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Engineering, Business, or Energy-related field
  • 4–7 years experience in energy services, EPC, or oil & gas business development
  • Strong understanding of energy value chains and project cycles
  • Proven track record in contract acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
