Job Summary
- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, enrolling participants into training programs, and building strong relationships with corporate clients and individuals.
- The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who can convert leads into paying clients and contribute to the overall growth of the institute.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for training programs
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Convert inquiries into paid enrollments (individuals and corporate clients)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, professionals, and prospects
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions
- Follow up consistently on leads and existing clients.
Program Promotion & Marketing Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote training programs
- Participate in campaigns, events, and presentations to drive awareness
- Provide feedback on market trends and client demands.
Proposal & Presentation:
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients
- Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and corporate clients
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions
- Provide regular reports on pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance.
