About the Role:

The Business Development Executive will be the driving force behind the adoption of our tech ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of two worlds: executing high-volume digital sales to individual professionals (B2C) and nurturing high-value strategic partnerships with corporate entities (B2B). This role requires a salesperson who can pivot from an emotional, benefit-driven pitch in the morning to a logical, ROI-heavy presentation in the afternoon.

Responsibilities:

  • . Turn active leads and community members into paid subscribers for our AI tools and data platforms.
  • . Work with the marketing team to identify "power users" within our community and upsell premium features or annual plans.
  • . Act as the "voice of the customer," gathering insights from individual users to help the product team simplify the user experience.
  • . Identify and reach out to key decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, and Department Heads) within SMEs and larger organizations.
  • . Draft and present data-driven business cases that demonstrate how our tech products reduce operational costs or increase revenue.
  • . Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for B2B deals, from initial "cold" outreach to the signing of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • . Maintain a healthy pipeline of both "quick-win" retail leads and "long-game" corporate prospects.
  • . Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and ensure no lead, whether a student or a CEO falls through the cracks.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • . Proven experience in a role that required both transactional sales (B2C) and relationship-based sales (B2B).
  • . A deep comfort with AI tools and data platforms. You must be able to explain complex technology in a way that . feels accessible to a retail user and essential to a corporate executive.
  • . Ability to handle objections ranging from "It's too expensive for my personal budget" to "How does this . . integrate with our legacy enterprise software?"
  • . Exceptional writing skills for LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and formal business proposals.
  • . 3+ years in Sales or Business Development within the Tech, SaaS, or FinTech sectors.
