Job Description

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager – Registrations & Assessments will lead the company's strategy to achieve 100,000 registrations by leveraging free physical and other assessments as a key engagement and conversion tool. The role involves driving growth initiatives, monitoring performance across registration channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve acquisition and conversion outcomes. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with a strong data-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute strategies to achieve the 100,000 registration target.
Utilize free physical and other assessments as lead-generation and conversion channels.
Track and analyze registration performance across multiple channels, including Occupational Health, Script, and clinics.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to optimize campaigns and registration initiatives.
Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer engagement, and conversion flows.
Manage and execute large-scale registration and acquisition campaigns

Requirements

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, growth strategy, or sales roles
Proven track record in customer or patient acquisition campaigns
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from strategy to execution
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or related service sectors.
