Job Description

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and expand market presence for Proforce Galaxies’ advanced technological solutions across Nigeria, Africa, and global markets.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high-tech systems, particularly in AI, geospatial intelligence, defense technology, and satellite systems, and will play a pivotal role in growing our client base, managing partnerships, and leading all commercial efforts to achieve measurable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of the company’s full product portfolio - including Satellites, Ground Stations, Satellite Data Products - to both private and public sector clients.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and technology expos, articulating product features and advantages with expert precision.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business growth strategies aimed at achieving a minimum of 100% sales increase within defined periods.
  • Identify, engage, and close business opportunities with government agencies, multinational organizations, research institutions, and private enterprises.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring long-term business engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including  software engineers, GIS analysts, and AI developers to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.
  • Gather and report market intelligence and customer feedback to support product improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare detailed business proposals, sales forecasts, and strategic reports for management review.
  • Promote Proforce Galaxies as a global thought leader in space and geospatial intelligence solutions.

Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within Technology, Defense, or Engineering sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, especially for high-value or B2B technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI, GIS, Space Systems, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams and translate complex products into clear business value.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events.
