Luxeown is seeking fluent, experienced, and highly professional Chinese Translators to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, demonstrate high levels of discretion, and be capable of providing reliable administrative and linguistic support.
This role requires someone organized, proactive, and capable of serving directly as a Personal Assistant to the Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate oral and written translation between Chinese and English.
Serve as a Personal Assistant to the Manager, supporting daily operations and administrative tasks.
Interpret during meetings, business discussions, and negotiations.
Translate official documents, emails, reports, and other business materials.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Manager.
Draft correspondence and prepare reports as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Facilitate effective communication between management and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in organizing meetings and taking minutes when necessary.

Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a professional Translator.
Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Must reside in or be willing to work in Ikeja, Lagos
